Research Assistant

Marine Mammal Conservation and Life History 

Teresa began volunteering for HSWRI in 2003, assisting with marine mammal strandings and the collection of behavioral and vocalization data on mother and calf killer whales at SeaWorld Orlando. She was hired as a research assistant in January of 2005. Teresa's primary duties include assisting with all aspects of the life history lab, participating in Indian River Lagoon Dolphin population abundance surveys and responding to marine mammal strandings.
